Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty – Terms & Conditions

This Smart Bracelet & ring is covered under a Limited Manufacturer Warranty provided by SmartSense Technologies.

  • The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Warranty coverage begins from the date of purchase as mentioned on the invoice.
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
  • The warranty is applicable only when the product is purchased from authorized sellers or official Smartsense Technologies sales channels.

Warranty Does NOT Cover:

The warranty shall be void and no claim shall be entertained if the product:

  • Has been opened, dismantled, repaired, or modified by anyone other than Smartsense Technologies or its authorized service partners.
  • Has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, impact, drops, or improper handling.
  • Has been exposed to liquids beyond rated water resistance, chemicals, corrosive substances, excessive heat, or electrical surges.
  • Shows signs of unauthorized firmware/software modification.
  • Suffers from normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, scratches, discoloration, or aging of consumable components (such as batteries).
  • Is damaged due to use of non-approved chargers, accessories, or power sources.

Steps to Avail Warranty Service

1) Submit a Warranty Claim

Visit our official website and submit a warranty claim request through the designated support or warranty section.

2) Provide Required Details

You must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)
  • Product serial number (if applicable)
  • Description of the issue
  • Images or videos of the product showing the issue (if requested)

3) Product Inspection

The product will be evaluated by our technical team to verify eligibility.

  • If the product is found to be tampered, modified, opened, or damaged due to excluded reasons, the warranty claim will be rejected.
  • Smartsense Technologies reserves the sole right to determine warranty eligibility

4) Resolution

If approved, Smartsense Technologies may, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product (or a refurbished equivalent), or
  • Offer an alternative resolution as deemed appropriate.

Additional Important Clauses

  • Replacement or repair under warranty does not extend or reset the original warranty period.
  • Smartsense Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss or business interruption.
  • Warranty services are limited to hardware defects only and do not cover software features, app compatibility, or third-party integrations.
  • Shipping or handling charges (if any) may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

  • These policies & warranty shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts where Smartsense Technologies is registered.
