Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

We aim to provide high-quality products. However, returns are governed by the following
policy:

Eligible Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only if:

  • The product is defective on arrival
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The product is damaged during transit

Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (or as per platform policy).
  • The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned with original packaging and
    accessories.
  • Any signs of use, tampering, or damage beyond transit issues will void eligibility.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused due to misuse, water exposure beyond rating, or accidents
  • Products opened or modified post-delivery

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless mandated by law.
  • Refund timelines depend on inspection and payment provider policies.
