We aim to provide high-quality products. However, returns are governed by the following

Eligible Returns
Returns or replacements are accepted only if:
- The product is defective on arrival
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is damaged during transit
Return Conditions
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery (or as per platform policy).
- The product must be unused, unaltered, and returned with original packaging and
accessories. - Any signs of use, tampering, or damage beyond transit issues will void eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused due to misuse, water exposure beyond rating, or accidents
- Products opened or modified post-delivery
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable, unless mandated by law.
- Refund timelines depend on inspection and payment provider policies.
